Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds as outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they:

  • Are defective, damaged, soiled, or arrive with incorrect size/color.
  • Remain unwashed, unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
  • Items that are washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused.
  • Items delivered on time but claimed as “late” without valid reason.
  • Returns due to customer-chosen incorrect sizes or incomplete/incorrect delivery addresses (we reserve the right to refuse refunds for items lost due to invalid addresses).
  • Malicious refund requests (e.g., dissatisfaction without valid reason such as “disliking the item after receipt”).

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email our team at service@horoscopenook.com with the following details—please provide clear and complete information to speed up processing:
    1. Your order number
    2. Name of the item to be returned
    3. Specific reason for return
    4. Photos of the item (include measurements for size issues; highlight defects for quality issues)
  2. Await Approval: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.and we will notify you by email of the correct return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back using the provided return address. Share the tracking number with us via email after shipping.
  4. Refund Processing: We’ll process your refund within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Refund Details

  • Full-price items qualify for full refunds; sale/discounted items are refunded at the purchased price.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
    • Credit card: 5–15 business days
    • PayPal: 1–2 business days

Shipping Costs

  • The return shipping fee is to be borne by the customer themselves
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and destination country fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Horoscopenook has no control over these fees.
    • Customers are responsible for customs clearance; failure to do so may result in parcel loss. Refunds are not processed for parcels held by customs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing service@horoscopenook.com. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—please follow the return process upon delivery.
